Spa Policies
We request that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior the your
scheduled appointment to check in and prepare for your treatment.
Scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time
for your treatments.
To ensure a healthful environment for our guests, our spa
is smoke-free.
As a courtesy to other guests, we are unable to render services
to guests accompanied by children.
Spa du Soleil accepts US currency, Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, and Discover. Personal checks are accepted with a
valid AZ driver's license and check guarantee card. Returned
checks will be subject to a $25.00 service charge. Sorry no
out of state checks accepted.
Merchandise may be returned within seven days of purchase,
accompanied with a receipt, for a full refund, or after seven
days for spa credit only.
All reservations are secured by credit card or gift certificate.
A 24-hour cancellation/change notice is required for services
and 48 hours notice for spa packages or groups. Cancellations/changes
after the required time are subject to a 50% late cancellation/change
fee. No shows, will be charged the full amount.

an acknowledgement of these terms. Prices are subject to change
